Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks as per service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained
- Handle guest queries and resolve basic complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in dining areas
- Present bills and handle payments if required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in hotel/restaurant preferred
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Standing/walking for long hours.
