Job Description
Vacancy: Restaurant Manager
Location: Paradip, Odisha
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Paradip.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant.
- Oversee South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Monitor daily operations, inventory, cost control, and staff productivity.
- Take complete ownership and responsibility for restaurant performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Café operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Odia will be an added advantage).
- Willingness to relocate and stay in Paradip.
- Ability to work independently and take complete responsibility for restaurant operations.
Reporting
- Reports directly to the General Manager of the hotel.
- Will also have regular reporting and coordination with the Director of the Business.
Work Schedule
- 6 working days per week
- 1 weekly off
- Flexible working hours with presence required during:
- Restaurant opening
- Peak operating hours
- Restaurant closing
- Planning and review meetings as required
