Electrical Mechanic Executive – Workshop (Heavy Vehicles)

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanic Executive to handle inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in heavy vehicles such as cranes, trailers, and other transport equipment. The role involves ensuring all electrical and electronic components of vehicles are functioning safely and efficiently to minimize downtime and support smooth operations in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in cranes, trailers, and heavy vehicles
• Inspect wiring systems, batteries, alternators, starters, lighting systems, and control panels
• Carry out preventive maintenance of vehicle electrical systems to avoid breakdowns
• Identify faults using testing instruments and rectify electrical issues efficiently
• Repair or replace damaged electrical components and wiring harnesses
• Support mechanical team during integrated maintenance of vehicles
• Ensure safety standards are followed during all repair and maintenance activities
• Maintain service records and update job cards for all assigned work
• Coordinate with supervisors for parts requirement and repair timelines
• Assist in emergency breakdown repairs when required 
• Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems (heavy vehicles preferred)
• Experience in cranes, trailers, or commercial vehicle maintenance is an advantage
• Ability to use electrical testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.)
• Understanding of wiring diagrams and vehicle control systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics (preferred but not mandatory)
