Job Description

Warehouse Manager will be employed by Sree Enterprises and will be reporting to the management. The warehouse manager will be responsible for the entire warehouse operations of one client account. The warehouse manager will be working with the logistics team, salesforce team and other key executives from the client side. He will be managing a team of dispatch supervisors, billing operators, inward/outward clerks etc and report everyday work to the management.

Responsibilities

• The manager is responsible for the total inventory in the warehouse.
• The manager has to follow Standard Operating Procedure(SOP).
• Inventory Control Maintain 100% accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Work with the clients sales team and logistics team and solve problems if any.
• Work with company’s accounts team in preparing bills, etc.
• Work with supervisors and dispatch goods on time without delay.
• Arrange transportation by working with transporters.

Requirements

• Good Communication skills – English, Telugu ( Hindi not compulsory but desired)
• Email Communication - should be able to read and draft emails to clients
• Computer skills – excel.
• Experience3–5+ years in warehouse or distribution center management.
• SAP knowledge preferred but not compulsory. The manager should learn SAP once he joins. SAP training will be given
• Should learn the work required to carry day to day tasks quickly.
• Most importantly – the manager should be responsible, and sincere in executing the work.
