Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery and assembly line equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble AC compressor components with quality and productivity standards.
- Perform visual inspection and quality checks during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and use PPE at all times.
- Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
- Record production data and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Support preventive maintenance activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Follow company policies, quality systems, and work instructions.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts as per production requirements.
