Production Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to oversee our production operations. He must guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Experienced in enamel process is most preferable.

Objective: -

The aim of production engineers is to make the maximum production with minimum wastage and in minimum time with optimum use of available resources and with better technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

• Problem-solving skills, Remove waste from the processes.

• Plan, manage and oversee production.

• Submit reports on performance and progress.

• Ensure all steps of production run efficiently.

• Develop and implement quality control measures.

• Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems.

• Check production output according to specifications.

• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

• Keep track of all scrap and seek corrective actions when necessary.

Skill: -

• Advanced skills in MS Office

• Knowledge about SAP.

Physical demands/Work environment:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvements.

• Aware about ISO/IATF Procedure, audits & documentation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

• Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

• MIS reports and make presentations.

• Must be able to work in a supportive team environment that is fast paced with a strong commitment to accountability.
