Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to assist in selling residential and commercial plots. The role involves lead generation, client interaction and site visits.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through calls, site visits, and referrals.
  • Explain plot details, pricing, and project benefits to potential customers.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain customer database and track interactions.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects.
