Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage city-wide merchant acquisition operations.
- Drive merchant onboarding (OB), revisit (RV), activation, and retention activities.
- Manage Team Leaders and field sales executives to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor field teams and Team Leaders.
- Ensure high-quality merchant onboarding and activation processes.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain operational discipline, reporting accuracy, and compliance standards.
