Job Description

Job Summary:A Kitchen Helper assists in basic food preparation, maintains cleanliness in the kitchen, and supports chefs and cooks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and ingredients
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, and pans
  • Dispose of garbage and maintain waste management standards
  • Help in organizing and storing food supplies properly
  • Refill kitchen supplies (e.g., condiments, ingredients) as needed
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
