fast-growing B2B marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers across India. We are expanding our customer operations team and looking for dedicated professionals who can drive customer satisfaction and engagement through excellent voice support.

Position Overview

As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle a mix of inbound queries and outbound outreach. You will be responsible for providing seamless support to users on our platform, addressing inbound enquiries, and conducting outbound follow-ups.

This is a Permanent Work-From-Home (WFH) position requiring strong technical readiness, high energy, and excellent bilingual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Blended Operations: Efficiently manage a high volume of 100+ calls per day, balancing inbound query resolution with outbound customer engagement.
• Inbound Support: Answer customer enquiries, troubleshoot account or listing issues, and provide accurate information about TraderzPlanet's services.
• Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls for customer onboarding, profile verification, feedback collection, and service renewals.
• Resolution & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements.

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Customer Care Executive in an inbound, outbound, or blended voice process.
• Language Fluency: Must be highly fluent in both English and Hindi with exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.

Mandatory Technical Requirements (WFH Setup)

To ensure uninterrupted operations, candidates must have the following infrastructure ready:

• System: Laptop or Desktop with an i3 or i5 configuration.
• Memory & Storage: Minimum 4 GB RAM and 250 GB SSD.
• Connectivity: Stable, high-speed broadband internet with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps.
• Peripherals: A reliable headset with a noise-canceling microphone and a power backup (UPS) for the system.
