Job Summary
Ajanta Products is hiring a Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records. We are looking for candidates with basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in Microsoft Excel and company software.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain digital records and files.
- Prepare simple reports as required.
- Assist with document filing and record management.
- Coordinate with team members to collect and update information.
- Ensure confidentiality of company data.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of computers and internet usage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Training -Complete on-the-job training will be provided on:
- Data entry processes
- Microsoft Excel
- Company software
Salary & Benefits CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
