- Manage Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms
- Create and edit short videos, reels, and promotional content
- Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Plan and upload daily social media content
- Respond to customer inquiries received through social media
- Assist in increasing the company’s online reach and brand awareness
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
