2. Recruitment & Outreach

• School Visits & Fairs: Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and educational outreach events to attract prospective students.
• Campus Tours: Organize and lead campus tours and information sessions to showcase the university's facilities, culture, and programs.
• Lead Generation: Initiate targeted campaigns and follow-ups via phone, email, and CRM software to convert interested leads into enrolled students.

3. Application Review & Processing

• File Evaluation: Review applications, essays, and letters of recommendation. Contact references to verify credentials.
• Decision Making: Collaborate with faculty and the admissions committee to make final admission decisions and send out offer letters.
• Orientation: Organize and conduct orientation programs to onboard new students, familiarize them with campus policies, and prepare them for coursework.

4. Administration & Data Management

• Database Tracking: Maintain highly accurate, updated records of prospective, active, and enrolled students using admissions software.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all admission practices strictly follow the educational guidelines and legal requirements set by the university and regional governing bodies.
