We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for our programs, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design attractive posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and social media creatives.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for training programs, workshops, and business meetings.
• Design thumbnails for YouTube, webinars, online classes, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding materials including logos, certificates, standees, and promotional content.
• Create infographics, illustrations, and visual assets for educational and marketing purposes.
• Edit and enhance images for digital and print media.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and training teams to create visually appealing materials.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Deliver projects within deadlines and manage multiple design tasks efficiently.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of Canva.
• Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) design and presentation skills.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
• Basic photo editing and image manipulation skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to convert ideas into professional designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or CorelDRAW.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools.
• Experience in educational, EdTech, or digital marketing design projects.
• Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates will be given preference.
