जॉब सारांश:
हम एक अनुभवी और कुशल होम किचन स्टाफ की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो सभी प्रकार के खाने को बेहतरीन स्वाद और गुणवत्ता के साथ तैयार कर सके। उम्मीदवार को विभिन्न प्रकार की क्यूज़ीन (व्यंजन शैली) की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए और किचन की साफ-सफाई व हाइजीन का पूरा ध्यान रखना चाहिए।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- सभी प्रकार के भोजन (इंडियन, चाइनीज, कॉन्टिनेंटल आदि) बनाना
- खाने की क्वालिटी, स्वाद और प्रेजेंटेशन बनाए रखना
- दैनिक भोजन की योजना बनाना और मेनू तैयार करने में सहायता करना
- किचन की साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना
- किचन स्टॉक की निगरानी करना और जरूरत की जानकारी देना
- फूड सेफ्टी और सेनेटेशन नियमों का पालन करना
- किचन का कार्य स्वतंत्र रूप से संभालना
आवश्यक योग्यताएँ:
- होम कुक या किचन स्टाफ के रूप में अनुभव
- विभिन्न प्रकार के भोजन बनाने का ज्ञान
- स्वाद, मसालों और फूड कॉम्बिनेशन की अच्छी समझ
- वेज और नॉन-वेज दोनों बनाने में सक्षम
- साफ-सुथरा, जिम्मेदार और अनुशासित
अनुभव:
- कम से कम 2+ वर्ष का अनुभव वांछनीय
अतिरिक्त कौशल:
- समय प्रबंधन
- स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने की क्षमता
- बेसिक कम्युनिकेशन स्किल
