Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Cum Office Manager to manage recruitment, employee coordination, office administration, and business support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in HR operations and team management.
- Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- MBA in HR/Marketing/Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in HR or Office Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle office administration and daily operational activities.
- Make and receive professional calls with candidates and clients.
- Follow up and convert important leads.
- Coordinate and manage team activities.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain office records.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
- Support business development activities whenever required.
