Job Description
Marketing Manager – Job DescriptionA Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s marketing efforts by developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and social media platforms
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns aligned with business goals
2. Performance Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA)
- Only regular degree programs will be considered (no correspondence courses)
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi
Negotiation Skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in marketing or a similar leadership role
