Office Boy / Peon

An Office Boy / Peon is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with routine tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of office premises (floors, desks, washrooms, pantry, etc.)
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and parcels
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
• Run official errands such as bank work, post office visits, and market purchases
• Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items) are stocked
• Help in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings
• Open and close the office as per schedule
• Assist staff in basic administrative tasks when required
• Maintain hygiene in pantry and kitchen area
• Skills & Requirements:Basic reading and writing skills
• Good communication and polite behavior
• Time management and punctuality
• Physically fit for routine tasks
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Experience:Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Working Conditions:Full-time role
