Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to support the pharmacist in daily operations. The candidate will assist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medicines as per prescriptions
- Handle customer queries and provide basic information about medicines
- Maintain proper storage and labeling of medications
- Manage inventory, including stock checking and ordering supplies
- Process billing and handle cash/online transactions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
- Check expiry dates and remove outdated medicines
- Maintain records of sales and prescriptions
