Position Overview

The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining safety, security, and discipline at the Creastate City project site, ensuring smooth entry and exit of visitors, customers, and staff.

Since customers regularly visit the site along with the Sales Manager, the role also requires basic customer handling and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Security & Monitoring

·      Ensure complete security of the project site, materials, and property.

·      Monitor entry and exit of all individuals at the site.

·      Prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.

·      Conduct regular patrolling of the site area.

2. Visitor Management

·      Maintain a visitor register (Name, Contact Number, Purpose, Entry/Exit Time).

·      Allow entry only after proper verification.

·      Inform in the office about visitor arrival.

3. Customer Handling Support

·      Politely receive customers visiting the site and guide them

·      Support smooth movement of customers within the site.

5. Material & Asset Protection

·      Safeguard construction materials, equipment, and site assets.

·      Keep record of incoming and outgoing materials (if required).

·      Immediately report any theft, damage, or irregular activity.

6. Discipline & Reporting

·      Maintain strict discipline and professionalism at all times.

·      Report any incidents or issues to the Site Incharge/Management.

·      Ensure proper uniform and duty compliance.
