Job Description
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and proper product displays.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily store reports.
- Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other departments.
- Train new employees and improve team performance.
