Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products, offers, and services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain and update customer database with follow-up details.
• Schedule customer appointments and encourage showroom visits.
• Explain current schemes, festive offers, and new jewellery collections.
• Build good customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and showroom team for lead conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience (preferably in retail or jewellery).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in local language, Hindi, and/or English.
• Good listening skills, patience, and customer-centric attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
