Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment recovery.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of dues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Coordinate with field teams for difficult recovery cases.
Update recovery status and reports on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with company recovery policies and processes.
