Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings/site visits.
• Maintain and update customer databases and lead records.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and installation processes.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.

Field Activities

• Visit customer locations when required for document collection and follow-up.
• Liaise with banks for loan processing and financing-related documentation.
• Coordinate with electricity department officials regarding net metering, application status, approvals, and related processes.
• Assist customers in completing required documentation for subsidy and government schemes.
• Follow up with government departments and utility offices for timely processing of applications.
• Support site survey and installation teams during project execution when required.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales opportunities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits and coordination activities.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / Intermediate (12th Pass) with relevant experience.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, banking liaison, or customer service preferred.
• Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
