Job Title

Process Trainer / BPO Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable BPO Trainer to design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees. The candidate will be responsible for NHT batches, improving employee performance, process understanding, communication skills, and overall service quality in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process & skill training for new employees.
• Deliver refresher training sessions for existing staff.
• Prepare training materials, modules, presentations, and assessments.
• Train employees on process knowledge, customer handling, soft skills, and compliance.
• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and feedback sessions.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and quality reports.
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to improve employee performance.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Support process updates and ensure training content is regularly updated.
• Monitor post-training performance and provide coaching where required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Under Grad both can apply
• 1–3 years of experience in BPO training or operations.
• Prior experience as Process Trainer/Soft Skills Trainer preferred.
