Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline

Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (NTT / ECCE / Montessori / B.Ed preferred)

1 to 3 years of experience in a reputed pre-primary or primary school setup

Desired Candidate Skills

Strong command over spoken and written English

Ability to manage children, maintain discipline, and handle daily academic activities

Good classroom management and communication skills

For Academic Coordinator:

Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills

Ability to coordinate with teachers, parents, and management

Experience in academic planning, monitoring, and reporting
