Job Description

Mateshwari Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the company's financial management. The ideal candidate should have at least **3 years of accounting experience**, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare and manage vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.

Maintain employee salary records and assist with payroll processing.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.

Maintain accurate records in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.

Monitor project-wise expenses and cost records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and time management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in the construction or real estate industry.

Familiarity with ERP systems.
