Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities – Account ExecutiveHandle day-to-day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, and ledger maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and update reports using MS Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation, MIS reports)
  • Create professional presentations (PPTs) for management reports, client updates, and internal reviews
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for expense tracking and documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payments and outstanding balances
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and basic statutory requirements
  • Support audits by preparing required financial data and documents
  • Handle email communication with clients and vendors regarding accounts-related matters
