Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to oversee and manage Amazon seller/vendor accounts. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, advertising campaigns, account health monitoring, sales growth, and overall marketplace performance.

• Key Responsibilities:Account ManagementManage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Handle account-related issues, performance notifications, and policy violations.
• Product Listing ManagementCreate and optimize product listings.
• Perform keyword research for SEO optimization.
• Manage variations, A+ Content, and Brand Store updates.
• Upload and update product images, descriptions, and specifications.
• Inventory & Catalog ManagementMonitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Coordinate replenishment planning.
• Manage catalog updates and product suppression issues.
• Advertising & PromotionsCreate and manage Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS/ACOS.
• Plan promotional activities, deals, coupons, and discounts.
• Sales & Performance AnalysisTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies.
• Customer & Support ManagementHandle customer inquiries and feedback.
• Manage claims, reimbursements, and SAFE-T claims.
• Raise and follow up on Amazon support tickets.
• Brand GrowthDevelop strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Required Skills:Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC Advertising.
• Understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of FBA and FBM operations.
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Amazon marketplace management experience.
• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Data Dive is a plus.
