🚨 Area Operations Manager – Retail | Speckarts EyewearSpeckarts Eyewear is one of Bihar's fastest-growing eyewear retail chains with 8 stores. We are looking for a results-driven Area Operations Manager to lead multiple stores, improve sales, build high-performing teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and improve the performance of multiple retail stores.
• Drive monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams.
• Monitor KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Customer Satisfaction, and Store Productivity.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Improve customer experience and reduce complaints.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• RequirementsMinimum 5 years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple stores is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate required; MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel across Bihar.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month
• Performance Incentive: Average ₹15,000/month

Preferred CandidatesExperience in Lenskart, Titan Eye+, Reliance Retail, Bata, Decathlon, Croma, Pantaloons, Trends, Shoppers Stop, Apollo Pharmacy, or similar organized retail brands is preferred.
