Job Description

·      Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies and targets that align with the company's overall objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and take necessary actions to meet or exceed sales targets.

·      Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales objectives are achieved. Set individual sales targets, conduct performance evaluations, and reward or discipline team members accordingly.

·      Distribution Planning: Determine the most effective distribution channels for the company's products based on market conditions and customer demand. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution of products to partners and customers.

·      Territory Management: Allocate territories to the sales team, monitor coverage levels, and optimize the distribution network for maximum market penetration. Plan and conduct regular market visits to build relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and gather market feedback.

·      Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

·      Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.
