About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our IT company's client base. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic office work with active field sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue by pitching our IT solutions to businesses, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation (Field & Office): Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct field visits.
• Client Meetings (Field): Travel locally to conduct face-to-face meetings, present our IT services, and understand client requirements.
• Sales & Closing (Office & Field): Prepare business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close deals to meet monthly targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research (Office): Analyze market trends, identify competitor activities, and discover new growth opportunities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity logs and update management on pipeline and sales progress.
