Job Description

A telecaller's job is to represent a company and communicate with customers over the phone to generate sales or leads. Telecallers are responsible for: 

  • Making calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers and handling incoming calls from customers 
  • Selling: Explaining products or services, providing pricing details, and persuading customers to make purchases 
  • Customer service: Answering customer questions and complaints, and resolving issues 
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documenting customer feedback 
  • Relationship building: Building rapport with customers and maintaining positive relationships 
  • Compliance: Complying with all regulatory and legal guidelines for telecalling
