Job Description
Speckarts Eyewear is expanding through FOFO, FOCO, and conversion franchise models. We are looking for an experienced Franchise Development Manager to generate, qualify, and close franchise partners across Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, and nearby markets.
Responsibilities:
- Handle franchise inquiries and investor calls
- Explain investment, ROI, margins, and business model
- Schedule meetings and store visits
- Follow up with leads and close franchise agreements
- Maintain CRM and weekly reports
- Coordinate with operations team for store launch
Requirements:
- Experience in franchise sales / retail expansion / business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of retail, optical, or consumer business preferred
- Hindi and English communication required
