Job Summary
Sristy Infotech is hiring a CCTV Installation Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking basics, and field installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems.
- Mount CCTV cameras and run structured cabling.
- Install and configure DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
- Perform maintenance and repair of CCTV systems.
- Troubleshoot IP and Analog CCTV hardware/software issues.
- Test and ensure proper functioning of installed surveillance systems.
- Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, and technical support.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Follow safety standards while working at client sites.
- Maintain service reports and installation records.
