Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage residential and commercial construction projects
- Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, and quantity take-offs
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site staff
- Monitor project timelines, material usage, and labor productivity
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement books, and billing records
- Ensure compliance with local building by-laws and regulations
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Required QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with 1–5 years of experience in construction
- Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Technical SkillsKnowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Excel, MS Word
- Familiarity with construction materials and methods
- Basic knowledge of estimation & billing
- Soft SkillsGood communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Honest, responsible, and team-oriented attitude
