Role
Responsible for driving the Hero Genuine Accessories business by achieving revenue targets of assigned cluster. Drive field Parts and sales team to achieve accessories business objectives. Focused on on-ground revenue generation and influencing dealer networks. developing zonal market penetration strategies and managing channel distribution to ensure profitability and market growth.
A purpose driven role for you
Coordinating with internal teams (Zonal, AO, HO) and external partners (Dealers, Distributors).
Included dealer visits, field team alignment (AMs/ASMs), localized scheme implementation, and secondary network management.
A Day in the life
1. Reviewing daily sales dashboards to identify low-performing dealerships (ANC) and model-wise accessory penetration gaps.
2. Coordinating with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure accessories are prioritized during their dealer visits.
3. Visiting showrooms to inspect accessory displays, point-of-sale branding, and the usage of the online sales platform.
4. Conducting quick product demonstrations and sales pitch training for dealer floor staff and fitters.
5. Executing "Go-to-Market" strategies and ensuring sales schemes are understood and implemented at the dealership level.
6. Coordinating with Parts Distributors to ensure inventory levels are maintained and dispatch delays are resolved.
Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech, MBA in Sales & Marketing; 5-10 Years of Relevant Experience.
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Excellent communication and presentations, Advance Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, Added Dealer Management, Channel Sales and Market Analysis
Behavioural Skills
Highly self-motivated and ambitious, Excellent people skills, Drive for results, Ability to work individually and in teams.
