Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day cafe operations smoothly.
- Lead, train, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, wastage control, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order execution.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Monitor online orders from Swiggy and Zomato and maintain service quality.
- Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.
