Job Description
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Sales Executives who are passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will help customers choose the right eyewear, achieve sales targets, and maintain high standards of store operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and accessories based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and warranties.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Cross-sell premium lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic POS operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Follow up with customers for appointments, deliveries, and after-sales service.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
