Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our banking team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with banking services, resolving queries, promoting financial products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, deposits, loans, cards, and digital banking services.
- Assist customers with account opening, KYC updates, and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Guide customers on internet banking, mobile banking, and ATM services.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
