Job Title: Flipkart Minutes Delivery Associate / Delivery BoyJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeSalary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Parcel Based) + IncentivesJob Description:We are hiring Delivery Associates for Flipkart Minutes. Candidates will be responsible for delivering grocery and daily-use items to customers within the assigned area using their own bike.Responsibilities:Pick up orders from the Flipkart Minutes store/warehouseDeliver parcels to customers within the given timeFollow delivery routes and schedule efficientlyMaintain good behavior with customersUpdate delivery status in the mobile appEarnings:Parcel based payment modelMonthly earning up to ₹40,000 – ₹50,000Additional incentives and bonuses availableWeekly payouts / monthly settlement (as applicable)Requirements:Age: 18 – 40 yearsOwn bike/scooter with valid Driving LicenseAndroid smartphone requiredBasic knowledge of local area routesBenefits:Flexible working hoursHigh earning potential with incentivesImmediate joining available
