Job Description

·      Identify and onboard retailers, kirana stores, and agents for AEPS & DMT services.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners/ Sahaj Mitr as well as with the new partners.

·      Ensure seamless cooperation and coordination in delivering joint products and services.

·      Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and the competitive landscape to identify potential areas for collaboration.

·      Ensure efficient and effective operations within the district.

·      Foster a customer-centric culture within the district.

·      Analyse market trends and competitor activities to contribute to the development of strategic goals.

·      Appoint new distributors (Param Mitr), super distributors (Super Param Mitr) and retailers (Sahaj Mitr). 


Skill requirements:

·      Target oriented with strong analytical skills.

·      Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

·      Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

·      Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions.
