Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Ecommerce Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our clients' E-commerce activities. This includes driving sales, providing top-notch customer service, and performing detailed analysis to optimize performance. The role requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the ongoing success of our clients' E-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily E-commerce operations including sales and customer service.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client E-commerce performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of E-commerce best practices and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in E-commerce.
  • Proven sales skills with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have knowledge of Seller Central on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketplace is highly desirable.
