Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to manage and coordinate rooftop solar EPC projects from survey to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with clients and contractors, quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects.
# Key Responsibilities
### Project Execution
* Supervise rooftop solar installation projects.
* Ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
* Monitor daily site activities.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
### Site Survey
* Conduct technical site surveys.
* Assess roof condition and structural feasibility.
* Collect measurements and prepare survey reports.
* Identify installation challenges and suggest solutions.
### Coordination
* Coordinate with government departments, clients, DISCOM officials, and consultants.
* Arrange site access and project meetings.
* Maintain communication among all stakeholders.
### Documentation
* Prepare project documentation.
* Maintain KYC and client documents.
* Prepare DPR, BOQ, work reports, and commissioning documents.
* Update project progress reports.
### Quality Control
* Ensure installation follows MNRE and DISCOM standards.
* Inspect material quality.
* Verify workmanship at site.
* Resolve technical issues during execution.
### Safety
* Ensure PPE compliance.
* Conduct toolbox talks.
* Implement site safety procedures.
* Report safety incidents immediately.
### Testing & Commissioning
* Supervise testing of solar PV systems.
* Coordinate net-metering activities.
* Assist in commissioning and handover.
