Field Sales Executive – Retailer & Wholesaler Onboarding Company: JPSP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. www.jpsptechnologies.com (JPSP Mart www.jpspmart.com)

Location: Multiple Locations (Field Sales)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–5 Years (Experience with excellent communication are welcome)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand the JPSP Mart network by onboarding retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, and business partners.

The ideal candidate will visit markets, identify potential businesses, explain the benefits of joining JPSP Mart, and convert them into active partners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach retailers, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and local businesses.
  • Present the features and business benefits of JPSP Mart.
  • Convince businesses to register and sell their products on JPSP Mart.
  • Generate new business leads through field visits and referrals.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the onboarding process.
  • Assist clients in completing registration and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams.
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
  • Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
  • Submit daily visit reports and sales updates through CRM or mobile application.
  • Business Development ResponsibilitiesAcquire new retailers and wholesalers.
  • Develop relationships with distributors and manufacturers.
  • Identify bulk order opportunities.
  • Promote digital transformation among traditional businesses.
  • Increase product listings on JPSP Mart.
  • Generate recurring business from existing clients.
  • Represent JPSP Technologies professionally in the market.
