Floor Supervisor

We are a fast-growing FMCG trading firm handling 2,000+ boxes daily. We don't need a laborer; we need a Floor General.

You will be responsible for the entire flow of goods from the moment a bill is generated until the delivery receipt (LR) is back in our hands. If you are alert, good with numbers, and can lead a team during peak-hour rush, this is the role for you.

Your Daily Responsibilities (SOP)

1. Billing & Verification: Check every item against the bill before it leaves the shelf.

1. Supervision: Manage the packing team and ensure packing descriptions are written accurately.
2. Dispatch Control: Record every dispatch in the master register and take photos of ready goods.
3. Logistics Management: Coordinate with thella-walas, issue transport notes, and ensure LRs are collected after delivery.
4. Digital Updates: Send dispatch photos to parties via WhatsApp and mark the register as "Complete."

Who We Are Looking For

• Smart Mind: You must be quick with counting and "batching" (handling consignments of 50+ boxes at once).
• Alert & Attentive: You don't get confused when 5 trucks and 10 workers are moving at the same time.
• Honest & Neat: You take pride in a clean register and an organized warehouse.
• Experience: Previous experience in a wholesale godown, transport agency, or e-commerce hub (Flipkart/Amazon) is a huge plus.
• Tech Savvy: Basic smartphone usage for WhatsApp updates and photos.
