Job Title: Female Personal Trainer / Gym Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Personal Trainer who can guide and support clients in achieving their fitness goals. The candidate should have good knowledge of workout routines, fitness training, strength exercises, and client handling. The role requires strong communication skills, fitness expertise, and a positive attitude.
- Job Responsibilities:Provide personal fitness training sessions to clients.
- Create customized workout and fitness plans based on client goals.
- Guide clients on exercise techniques and proper body posture.
- Monitor client progress and provide motivation and support.
- Assist clients with weight loss, strength training, and overall fitness improvement.
- Ensure gym equipment is used safely and properly.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a professional environment in the gym.
- Help clients with basic fitness and wellness guidance.
