Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff duties
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas for cleanliness
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints professionally
- Prepare duty rosters and daily work schedules
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams
- Ensure timely room readiness for guest check-ins
