🔹 Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and oversee all HR functions. The candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations efficiently.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Manage payroll coordination and attendance
• Handle employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
