Job Description
Interior Fit-Out Work Supervisor – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Work Supervisor to oversee interior finishing and fit-out projects from execution to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, supervising workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects within the given timeline.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, glazing, and furniture installation works.
- Ensure quality control and proper finishing standards.
- Plan manpower, materials, and site activities efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Coordinate material delivery and inventory at site.
- Maintain project timelines and support timely handover.
- RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and execution methods.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
